Greetings all! Sorry no newsletter last week, but its summer, and its very warm! Am actually just rushing this one out before i head off for a few days, so you’ll excuse the brevity.
Headlines: Obviously, the major headlines in the UK have been the racist and Islamophic riots that took over our streets, which have been accompanied by a push to roll out increased use of facial recognition technology. Few stories below.
Cracked Lab have an interesting piece on workers surveillance (shout to to the socio-economic rights readers!), and there’s a super interesting blog on neurotech for good.
